Planning a public transport network in the fastest growing region in the country is a big challenge that requires flexibility and a commitment to getting things done. Increases in public transport patronage have outstripped population growth five to once since TransLink was first introduced in 2004. At the heart of the TransLink Transit Authority's strategic vision is the TransLink Network Plan. The TransLink Network plan sets out a ten year vision and four year rolling program of service and infrastructure improvements.
